机械端面金属环密封旋转耐久性试验机，测试旋转型端面密封组件在转动过程中的摩擦磨损状况，评估端面密封组件耐久性和可靠性。轴向压力荷载3kN/5kN，旋转速度300r/min-1000r/min，旋转扭矩100N.m/200N.m。保持一定轴向压紧力，注入润滑油，旋转工况下测试端面密封组件旋转扭矩力及磨损疲劳时长耐久性，测定润滑油滴漏状况及时间，测试端面密封浮封座温度和试验油温度。绘制密封件温度-时间曲线、扭矩-时间曲线。
机械端面金属环密封，由一对耐磨的金属环，一对橡胶圈和浮封环和组成，装配在专用密封腔体（浮封座）内使用。金属浮封环相互对合旋转摩擦，橡胶圈为辅助静密封元件，同时对浮封环产生径向作用力和轴向作用力。径向作用力向浮封环传递扭矩，轴向作用力对浮封环提供必须的密封补偿力。
