碳素材料抗折强度试验机,依据GB/T3074.1-2021炭素材料抗折强度测定,用于室温下四点负荷法测定炭素材料抗折强度,抗折强度荷载5kN~10kN,圆柱体试样规格¢30x180mm¢20x160mm¢10x120mm,试验机加载速度1.5mm/min至试样断裂,记录最大负荷,样品断裂面在跨度外视为无效。根据计算公式得出圆柱体或平行六面体抗折强度值,计算结果保留一位小数。
石墨制品抗折强度依据JB/T8133.7-2013电炭制品抗折强度,JB/T8133.1-2013电炭制品物理化学性能试验,ASTM C695-2015,JB/T8133.8-2013电炭制品抗压强度。抗压抗折试验速度4mm/min~10mm/min,直至石墨制品试件完全破裂为止,读取破坏力F。石墨制品抗压强度测试、抗弯强度测试一体化试验机,自找平抗压强度试验测定附具。
