增强塑料管表观环向拉伸强度试验机www.hrjtest.com;www.jnshiyanji.com;

     600kN增强塑料管表观环向拉伸强度试验机,依据ASTM D2290-25,ISO 8521:2020,分离盘法测定塑料或增强塑料管表观环向抗拉强度,可测试管道尺寸DN300mm~DN3000mm。利用劈裂圆盘夹具测定增强塑料热固性树脂管道,在特定预处理、温度、湿度及试验机速度条件下相对表观周向抗拉强度。可进行其他测试,抗压(ASTM D695)、管道刚度(ASTM D2412)、轴向拉伸(ASTM D638)、三点弯曲(ASTM D790)。

→管道刚度测试ASTM D2412,选择HRJ自紧型内径变形装置300mm-3000mm。
→轴向拉伸测试ASTM D638,选择液压控制柜和液压拉伸夹具:内置式平推型液压夹具体,圆试样V型钳口¢8~18mm、¢18~28mm、¢28~38mm、¢38~48mm;板试样平钳口0~12~24~36mm,36~48mm;
