PBT-600kN金属板材弯曲试验机,金属钢板钢带、薄板带材、扁材型材,合金箔材薄片等试件,在室温环境下进行180°弯曲试验测试,测定金属材料承受弯曲塑性变形的能力。180°弯曲试验试验后观察板材弯曲状况:弯曲完好、弯曲裂纹、微裂纹、裂纹<0.5mm、裂纹≥0.5mm、裂缝、断裂、破断等,判断板材抗弯曲性能。
PBT-600kN金属板材弯曲试验机由加载系统、载荷机架、触屏操控系统一体化集成。弯曲试验点动联动程控可调,自动完成钢板钢带弯曲垂向加载、水平加载,自动处理、分析存储。试验结果以直观的文字、图形方式显示、保存,可按编号、日期等方式时时查询。
