PBT-600kN金属板材弯曲试验机，金属钢板钢带、薄板带材、扁材型材，合金箔材薄片等试件，在室温环境下进行180°弯曲试验测试,测定金属材料承受弯曲塑性变形的能力。180°弯曲试验试验后观察板材弯曲状况：弯曲完好、弯曲裂纹、微裂纹、裂纹＜0.5mm、裂纹≥0.5mm、裂缝、断裂、破断等，判断板材抗弯曲性能。
PBT-600kN金属板材弯曲试验机由加载系统、载荷机架、触屏操控系统一体化集成。弯曲试验点动联动程控可调，自动完成钢板钢带弯曲垂向加载、水平加载，自动处理、分析存储。试验结果以直观的文字、图形方式显示、保存，可按编号、日期等方式时时查询。
