★柔性集装袋吨袋周期性提吊试验：2倍载荷，有限期用袋七十次，一次性用袋三十次，反复提升。查看内容物和袋体是否有异常情况发生，连接部是否破损，没有即表示集装袋通过此项试验。
★柔性集装袋吨袋垂直跌落试验：将满负荷样袋吊离地面0.8m以上,然后使其自由跌落至坚实、无弹性、光滑平坦的水平面上，如果内容物无溢出，集装袋袋体无破损情况，即表示通过此项试验。
★柔性集装袋吨袋加压试验：装满内容物（模拟物）集装袋，加载到4倍的安全工作量(试验力)，加压恒载时间≥8h。内容物（模拟物）不溢出和袋体无破损情况，表示集装袋通过此项试验。
★柔性集装袋吨袋正位试验。集装袋撕裂传播试验。柔性集装袋吨袋超载试验。
★柔性集装袋吨袋安全系数检验：顶部吊提试验(最大承载/额定荷载，6倍载荷，加压恒载时间≥5min)。
→不需要额外安装起重工具。
